Fresh Salsa

3 tomatoes - do yourself a favor and get these from a farmers market. Heirloom varieties are the best. 
2 cloves of garlic
1 jalepeno
Fresh cilantro
1 shallot

Food Processor

(This couldn't be easier)
1. Put garlic cloves and jalepeno in food processor and pulse to chop a few times. 
2. Cut tomatoes from the core and add to food processor with cilantro and shallot. 
3. Pulse until well mixed but coarse. I don't like to turn it "on" and let it run because it will make more of a consistency of a sauce, rather than a fresh salsa. 
4. Add a little coarse sea salt to taste. 
5. That's it. Done. Boom!
