Crispy Kale

Thanks to Annie and Emily, this has become one of my favorite quick snacks that goes with anything and is SO easy to make it's unbelievable. Even my boyfriend, hater of "leafy green stuff" LOVES this recipe.

Sea Salt
Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
1. Rinse Kale well, it tends to be very sandy.
2. Dry excess water off of the leaves and pull the stem out of each leaf. I usually pinch and fold each leaf in half and the stem pulls right out.
3. Gently tear largest leaves to smaller sizes, a couple of inches wide is good. Place on a baking sheet.
4. Drizzle olive oil over leaves, I use about a cap full or less and then sprinkle with sea salt.
5. Bake in oven for about 10-15 minutes. Give the pan a shake half way through. The kale will be fragrant when it is getting close to done.
6. Eat with your fingers as a quick starter or throw on top of a pasta dish for something with a bit of a salty flavor!
